Nazaré Beach is part of one of the most traditional fishing Portuguese villages where women with the traje de sete saias taking care of the fish can still be seen. It’s known worldwide, especially by big wave surfers of different nationalities due to its sea conditions. During the summer, there is still a big affluence of surfers and bodyboarders, although it is mainly a family beach offering excellent lifeguard and different mobility conditions.
